Mediation

We mediate employer and employee conflicts, as well as consumer and personal issues.  Mediation is a voluntary, confidential, and informal dispute resolution process. A neutral third party mediator with no power to impose a resolution helps all parties involved reach a mutually acceptable settlement.

Facilitation

Our goal is to bring people together to give everyone a voice. Facilitation provides a safe and neutral space for individuals to express their feelings and opinions. It offers participants the opportunity to talk about how they feel and share ideas about what could work better.  Facilitation offers the opportunity to learn to work together productively and gain a better understanding of each person’s needs and goals.
