We mediate employer and employee conflicts, as well as consumer and personal issues. Mediation is a voluntary, confidential, and informal dispute resolution process. A neutral third party mediator with no power to impose a resolution helps all parties involved reach a mutually acceptable settlement.
Our goal is to bring people together to give everyone a voice. Facilitation provides a safe and neutral space for individuals to express their feelings and opinions. It offers participants the opportunity to talk about how they feel and share ideas about what could work better.
