Building Bridges-Not Walls Workshop

This workshop is designed for businesses and organizations to help their members learn to better understand conflict by introducing important tools to improve communication through the use of highly interactive exercises and role-plays. This intensive two-hour workshop will help people learn to manage conflict in a productive way, as an opportunity for change and positive growth. We teach listening skills, help prioritize goals and understand conflict. We tailor our workshop to the specific needs of the business or organization.
